Halo ODST is like a combination of the Call of Duties and Halo 3

Bungie is trying to keep it's name alive with a spin-off of the Halo series.

That is ridonkulous.

Halo ODST is going to be ridonkulus.
It's new name and purpose (The ability to get RECON) is attracting dedicated and "n00b" players to immediately get the game after it's release.

Peole will spend $60 on a game just to get virtual armour

Recon is the most coveted armor on Halo 3. Only Bungee employees have it, and a hand-selected three people by Bungie.

Wow! I am definitly getting ODST. It has a great gameplay.

I think it looks good, but Im not buying it.

ODST is the game that people will only buy because it will give you Recon.

That is probably the main point. But I don't think that people realize that they have to work for it.
